Meet Our Director
My name is Lisa Mowl. I am the Director of CCDC. I attended Eastern Michigan University studying Elementary Education and then transferred to Baker College and studied Early Childhood Education. I have worked in Childcare for the past 18 years. I began my love for children at a young age when I babysat my young cousins and helped my Grandmother in our Church Nursery. I have a beautiful daughter with my Husband Jay. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and helping my parents at their restaurant, The Wrought Iron Grill.
A welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere combined with an experienced staff and developmentally appropriate, well-researched curriculum makes us a nurturing place to grow, play and learn.
"A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove.. but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child." - Forest E. Witcraft
